Each Year a Special Stamp is produced by the Mail Run Committee and sold at several Business in Porterville & Springville. With this Stamp along with standard USPS postage Letters and Postcards dropped into Special Jackass Mailboxes will be loaded onto the Jackass Mail Wagon from Porterville to Springville and on to it's destination anywhere in the World.
